This scarf/shawlette is knitted sideways; increasing every other right side row until you’ve used half your amount of yarn, then decrease every other right side row.

Yarnovers are added in the increase section, these stitches will be dropped and unraveled when decreasing.

Perfect for 100 grams of sock yarn, but you can use any yarn you like!

(You’ll need 300-500 metres / 330-550 yards).

Gauge does not really matter, but will affect the look, feel and size of your shawlette.

Suggested needle size: one size larger than recommended on the ballband of your yarn, but it’s up to you!
