Honestly, I thought this was going to be strictly a candy corn beanie. But after thinking about it and trying it out in different colors, I realized that I couldn’t name it Twisted Candy Corn. So I went with corn and pondered, “what else is corn called?” And poof….Autumn Maize became the name. I could just shorten it to A. Maize…LOL

You Need:

Approximately 110 yards of worsted 4 yarn.

I used Loops and Threads Impeccable in Gold, Pumpkin, and Cream for the candy corn version.

5.0 mm / H size hook

Scissors

Tape Measure

Tapestry needle to weave in ends

Pom pom if desired.

I’ve included a hat sizing chart in the pattern and simple instructions on how to adjust the pattern if you wish to use bulky 5 and a larger hook.

Beanie is worked in the round.

Pattern is worked with 3 colors.
