For casting on, use 3,5 or 4 mm / US 4 or 6.

Gauge 25 sts and 50 rows in garter stitch on 3 mm / US 2.5 needles = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches

Procedure
The jacket is worked ‘vertically’ in one piece, all the way through in garter stitch. You start working inside the left front hem, continue working the left front panel, sleeve, back, sleeve, and end with the right front panel. The wide hem along the back of the neck and both front panels are then worked at the same time. The jacket gets its A-shape by working short rows/ridges. You work with only 1 color at a time.
