This bauble is inspired by the side to side cable and puff stitch sweater worn by Poppy White in season 2, episode 1, Persons of Interest. The puff stitch is also known bubble stitch because after 5 rows of knit, the 6th row is worked every 3 stitches 4 rounds below, cinching the fabric and making it bubble out.

The sample is knit in about 5 yards of the Poppy colorway by Sister Weekend Yarn Co, but any Knitters in the Building could stripe each repeat with a contrasting color to make their puffs pop!
