The Bayberry Cowl is part of my Spring 2018 Remarkable Yarns Collection: a set of three accessories and four sweater patterns designed to work equally well with both Rosy Green Wool and Crave Yarns Caravan.

It’s a simple cowl, trimmed with a gansey-inspired stitch pattern, and offered in 3 mix-and-match circumferences and heights for varying degrees of snuggle.

Sizing
Cowl Circumferences: 24 (36, 60)’’ / 61 (92, 153.5) cm

Cowl Heights: 10 (12, 16)’’ / 25.5 (30.5, 40.5 cm); all are mix-and-match with all circumferences.

(Shown in 36’’ (92 cm) circumference and 10’’ (25.5 cm) height.)

Materials
The Bayberry Cowl, like the rest of the Remarkable Yarns spring 2018 collection, is meant to work equally well with two yarns:

  • Rosy Green Wool Cheeky Merino Joy 100% Virgin Wool, Organic Merino Extra Fine; machine washable 350 yds / 320 m per 100g

  • Crave Yarns Caravan 70%SW Fine Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Camel, 10% Mulberry Silk 354 yards / 324 m per 100g

It’s shown in Cheeky Merino Joy in the color “Edelweiss” (undyed). You will need 1 (1, 1) hanks yarn for size 24’’ (61 cm) cowl in all heights; 1 (2, 2) hanks of yarn for size 36’’ (92 cm) cowl in the three heights; 2 (2, 3) hanks yarn for size 60’’ (153.5 cm) cowl in the three heights

Construction
Worked in the round in a single piece.
