Biplex is a geometric fauxbius…..
What does that mean?
You start with a provisional cast-on and work a series of short-rowed blocks to create a rectangle.

After introducing a half-twist, the two short ends of the rectangle are grafted together. You now have a möbius strip with a single outer edge to finish in a simple eyelet pattern. You can knit Biplex in one, two, or even three colors, it is easy to modify!

Biplex can be knit with 2 contrasting colors, or one solid color and one gradient… the possibilities for color combos are endless, just be sure they really contrast each other so the stripes POP!
