Bobble Tee
I enjoy exploring new ways to create a simple design, as well as rethinking classic constructions such as the circular yoke.
The Bobble Tee is a prime example. This t-shirt is constructed from the top down, starting with the collar and followed by short rows. Then, a few increase rounds are evenly spread throughout the yoke. The body and sleeves are then worked separately.
Round yoke construction is often favored because of its almost invisible increases. This is the aspect I wanted to rethink. Instead of hiding them, the yarn over increases are clearly visible!
A few bobble rounds complete this design and add a touch of whimsy.
