Bonnie Wee Mouse is worked entirely in the round - no purling and no seaming! The legs, tail and arms are knit first so you can attach them as you work the body. This construction is simple & quick making for a fun, fast knit.

Materials & Tools

  • Any weight yarn - approx. 60 yds
  • Needles - DPNs, 2 circs or a 40” circular for Magic Loop. Size will vary depending on the yarn you use (see Gauge)
  • additional needle for three-needle decrease technique
  • tapestry & embroidery needles
  • 2 safety eyes
  • polyfil

Gauge
You want a tight fabric when knitting toys so
the polyfil won’t poke through. I always go down
1 - 2 needle sizes from the smallest size
recommended on the yarn label.
