Bromelia is an A-line pullover with ~5% of positive ease in the bust (pick a larger size for a less fitted look).
Pattern includes 3 flare ‘intensity’ options, pick what suits your shape & taste best:

• Narrow (bottom of the sweater ~8% wider than the bust)
• Medium (bottom ~18% wider)
• Wide – detailed instructions on how to calculate the desired flare yourself

Bromelia is knit in a one piece with minor seaming:

• Work main body bottom-up flat up to armhole shaping, then finish back & 2 front panels separately
• Block the piece and seam the shoulders together
• Knit the decorative panel sideways in garter stitch with German short-rows for shaping and to create the print in contrast color (CC), add I-cords along the sides of the panel for a more defined look (optional)
• Work the edgings: neckband (I-cord or ribbed) and ribbed hem (with optional elongated back)
• Knit the sleeves top-down with short-row sleeve cap (set-in sleeve imitation) and ribbed cuffs to match the hem.
