The front post stitches give a lovely texture to this shawl. I strongly recommend you watch this video which shows how the stitch placement works before starting. It is in US terms but the demonstration is very clear.

The pattern has been written for a Scheepjes Whirl but I have successfully made it with 2 skeins of Greta and the Fibers hand dyed yarn and just made the border 2 rows shorter to take into account that there was only 800m of yarn. There are several you tube videos which will show you how to make tassels so this is not included in the pattern.
I don’t recommend this as a pattern for beginners. It is for crocheters of intermediate ability as knowing where to place the stitches can be a little tricky at first.
