This eager little sprout would love to see the world! He especially likes Christmas time and wants nothing more than to watch all the pretty fairy lights.

Very little yarn is needed, less than 10g of each colour is what I used in the end to make him. The pattern is beginner-intermediate and has few intricate techniques included. The stitches featured in the pattern are:
Chain stitch;
Single crochet;
Invisible decrease;
Increase;
Stitch through back loops;
Slip stitch;
Skip stitch;
Magic ring.

I don’t include tutorials on how to make these stitches since there are so many resources on the internet.

What You’ll Need
• 2.00 mm crochet hook
• Tapestry needle
• 2 different yarns in a mid-green and lighter green, which are compatible with the required crochet hook
• A pair of black 4.00 mm safety eyes (or another substitute such as black beads or black yarn to embroider)
• Pink embroidery yarn (alternatively, a substitute like pink make-up could be used)
• Soft stuffing (like polyester fibrefill)
