Cabled socks are popular amongst my friends and family, but I find that non-knitters tend to struggle with the extra effort required to pull a handknit well-fitting all-over cabled sock over their heels. I designed these socks to solve that problem. The cable running down the front of the sock satisfies my desire to knit yummy cables for my loved ones, while the Stockinette leg back makes them easy to pull on and wear comfortably. The Stockinette leg back also makes these ideal for those with high insteps, who might have extra trouble pulling on a fully cabled sock. These socks are constructed cuff down with a heel flap and gusset for a great heel fit.
