The Candy Ridge Beanie has loads of texture, making it a great fit for variegated yarns with very short color changes. Plus, the hat is reversible and looks completely different when inside out so you get two unique looks in one pattern! Color choice determines whether the hat is masculine or feminine and sizes range from 12.5” for a preemie or doll to 23” for adults, so it’s a pattern that’s suitable for just about everyone. Yardage will vary based on size and any adjustments made.

The Candy Ridge Beanie is worked in rounds from the top down. After the increases are done, the pattern is an easily remembered two-row repeat so the height can be adjusted if desired. The pattern uses simple stitches so it’s great for a beginner looking to improve their skills.
