The yarn I used: worsted weight, 4 ply. This looks really great with variegated yarn!

Gauge: 20 single crochet stitches by 22 rows makes a 4x4 inch square.
Because this is a non-wearable item, you don’t need to stress too much about guage as long as your stitches are tight enough that the stuffing doesn’t show.

Note about color – you might need to use different detail colors based on the colors of the cat. For example, a light grey whisker will not show up on a light grey cat and etc.
