The sweater is worked top down, seamless in the round and uses the contiguous saddle sleeve method. The sweater is intended to be worn with 15cm/ 6” positive ease. It starts with a little stand up cowl neck in 4/3 ribbing and then the cable pattern on the shoulder starts. The contiguous sleeve method forms the shoulders. The body is worked in stockinette stitch. The body is straight and a bit cropped and ends with a 4/3 ribbing . The sleeves are worked top down with the beautiful Celtic knot. The cable pattern on the sleeves make it a sturdy warm sweater but still elegant.
