A good fair isle is a joy forever, and here we have a lovely example done in a wonderful yarn. The body is knit in the round to the armholes, then divided for a dropped-shoulder front and back; the sleeves are knit flat (though of course clever circular fans can adapt that to knitting in the round very easily). We are particularly pleased with how the small lattice pattern on the bodice, combined with the variegation of the yarn, makes the little diamonds look like tiny mosaic tiles; it suggests an unusual combination of media within the garment.
