This cute chicken and chick combo will brighten up any room, and makes a great gift ^-^

This pattern works primarily in rounds, and, when using a 2mm hook, the chicken comes out to be about 2 inches, while the chick is just under 1 inch.

Minimal materials are needed--just a hook, some yarn, a little stuffing, and a needle large enough to thread the yarn through and stitch everything together. Simple :D

For the eyes, I used plain black yarn tied into knots, but you could also use buttons, beads, or anything else that catches your fancy
