This is a color work tutorial using a Scarf as a sampler project. It can be worked in any weight yarn with the appropriate size needles for the yarn. It is necessary to have two colors of yarn, one light and one dark. Either can be variegated, but must be opposite in color value from the other yarn being used. 100 grams of each color is needed.
