About the Pattern:
Constellate: meaning to gather. The year of 2020 brought a pandemic that prevented gathering together, so I create this cowl in hopes that this new year, 2021, will bring times of gathering together again. This pattern is written for a Fingering weight yarn. There are written and charted instructions.

Yarn used for sample:
1 skein of Fingering weight yarn. Sample cowl used AVFKW Annapurna 80% Superwash Merino/ 20% Cashmere 385 yards/112 g.
approximately 351yds/ 102g

Needles:
US 4 (3.5 mm) 16” (40cm) circular needles, or size to obtain gauge

Notions:
Stitch Markers;1 contrasting for bor, 19 optional for marking lace repeats, tapestry needle.

Gauge:
1” (2.5cm) tall/ 1.5” (4cm) wide = 1 lace repeat blocked.

Finished Measurements:
28”/ 71cm circumference, 13”/ 33cm tall
