This pattern is for a cotton market bag that is nice and roomy and contains a pocket inside. The base has the option to have a plastic sheet insert to allow so that it can maintain its shape better. The bag’s dimensions are 12.5 in. (32cm) wide, 14in (35.5cm) tall, and 4.5 (11.5cm) deep.

For this pattern, I used 4 skeins of Yarn Bee Fundamental Cotton in Ivory and 1 skein of I Love This Cotton! in Navy. The ivory gives the bag a more durable feel and the navy is a softer cotton that is more comfortable to hold on to.
