Lots of cables knit into two rectangles, joined together, and then knit in the round a high-collar cabled creation, decreasing up to the k1p1 ribbing at the top.

Sample used 3 skeins of Lion Brand’s Fishermen’s Wool in Natural … so about 1400 yds of worsted weight wool needed with US #9 circs (in various lengths) and a crochet hook to ensure the yoke doesn’t stretch.
