The Cozy Love Cowl was designed for the February 2016 Mystery Yarn box from Fiddle Knits.

Knitting begins at the top (chin) and is worked down. The bottom of the cowl splits to allow it to rest over the top of your shoulders. You can eliminate this portion altogether and work the picot bind off immediately following rnd 61 if preferred.
