HOW THIS PATTERN IS CONSTRUCTED- This is a partly sewing pattern. In the first half of the pattern, you will be making all the pieces of your cow. The second half of the pattern will explain, with a photo guide, how to sew all these pieces together to make your finish your cow. The body of the cow is now sewn, you’ll start from the bottom of the legs and work your way up.
-WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
About 200g- 250g of yarn from your choice
Chochet hook
Scissors
Stuffing
14 mm safety eyes / 18mm for Velvet yarn
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle
- WHAT I USED IN THIS PATTERN: These are the following things I used to make this pattern - ♠HOOK: 3.5mm ♠YARN: For the cow presented in this pattern, I used 200g of Kismet Petite Double knit (Light worsted weight yarn/no 4 ) Chenille yarn.
♦ Kismet Petite Plush - 100g - 200m
♠EYES:
I used 18mm “Sunk-in” safety eyes but I also have included YouTube links to my own tutorials on how to embroider the eyes.
-PRODUCT SIZE:
The weight of the yarn you use will depend on the size of your cow snuggler. This pattern is written and designed with double-knit/light worsted weight yarn, with the snuggler cow being an average size of 25cm/ 10 inch.
