This pattern will show you how to make your own cuddly cactus plushy. As written, the cactus is about 10” tall. A textured stitch creates the ribbing and short rows are used to shape the arms. Gauge isn’t crucial as long as your stitches are tight enough to keep the stuffing in, but it will affect the overall size of your cactus and how much yarn you need.

I made mine using Premier Yarns Everyday Soft Worsted in Electric Green (I need just a bit more than 1 full skein) and a size G (4.0 mm) hook. I also stitched on a face with a bit of scrap yarn and used 10 mm safety eyes, but you can leave it off if you prefer. You’ll need some fiberfill stuffing and a tapestry needle for sewing on the arms and weaving in ends.
