This fancy lace scarf is knit in a garter stitch lace pattern that is loaded with diamonds and winding ribbons along the sides of the diamonds. The scarf uses a lace weight yarn, and is very light and airy—practically floating around you!! It features a large center hole in each diamond that is easily made with 3 yarn-over’s. The first edge is worked first, then, scarf-body stitches are picked up from there; then you knit the body of scarf for desired length; and after binding off, you work the final edge, and sew it on.
