This fancy lace scarf is knit in a garter stitch lace pattern that is loaded with diamonds and winding ribbons along the sides of the diamonds. The scarf uses a lace weight yarn, and is very light and airy—practically floating around you!! It features a large center hole in each diamond that is easily made with 3 yarn-over’s. The first edge is worked first, then, scarf-body stitches are picked up from there; then you knit the body of scarf for desired length; and after binding off, you work the final edge, and sew it on. There are written as well as charted directions in this pattern, thus, giving you the ease in knitting up this delicate scarf. It can be knitted with any weight yarn as long as the needles are appropriate to the weight of yarn. Happy knitting!
