A simple beanie hat for babies and children up to around age 7. Knit in the round, the simple texture design adds a little interest to the knitting. The hat co-ordinates with my Dotted Swiss Cardigan for babies and children.

These sizes are the “unstretched” sizes – the hat will stretch to fit average size heads in the age range.

Yarn
Suggested yarn: You can use any sport weight/5ply yarn that knits to the stated gauge. I used Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino for my sample

Quantity: No more than 125m for the baby sizes and no more than 200m for the 4-7 years size.
