«Dream, Sparkle, Shine» is done using mosaic overlay technique. It is available in English (US terms) and it has a Left-handed version too. There is a mosaic crochet tutorial great for a newbie to mosaic crochet. Pattern has written instructions, chart and photos.

Materials

In my sample I used Hobbii Mocktail yarn and a 6.5 mm / US K-10.5 crochet hook

Finishing Size

The final size of the blanket is 70 cm x 92 cm (27 in x 36 in), approximately.

Note that your final size will change due to your crochet tension or the yarn you use. You can customize the size of your blanket by adding or decreasing repeats of the pattern, but keep in mind that this will affect the amount of yarn required.
