This cute hat will not only keep your head warm but your ears too. The hat can be worn loose so the bobble flops downwards at the back of the head or pull the hat forward so it covers the forehead. For extra ear warmth tie the wool plaits under the chin.

This hat is knitted in the round starting at the crown which means it can be easily adjusted for a perfect fit.

You will need 1 ball of Rowan Merino Aria and 1 ball of Rowan Soft Bouclé to make the striped version but use any yarn as long as you can achieve the correct gauge.

Don’t want to make a striped version? Use 2 balls of Rowan Merino Aria or 2 balls of Rowan Soft Bouclé to make a plain hat without stripes. Or use any yarn as long as you can achieve the correct gauge.
