It is so chilly up in the North Pole that the elves need especially cosy knitted boots to keep their toes toasty. These tiny boots, with a fluffy trim, do just that! To make them, all you will need is some green DK wool, some fluffy white DK wool (regular white DK wool will also do the job!), and some 4mm needles.
