Elska is the last of the ‘sisters’ shawls, one for each of my mom’s sisters. Elska is the Icelandic word for love, and is the perfect name for my mom’s shawl. This is a sideways shawl with beaded lace, designed to use up most of your skein. Weigh it at the start and increase until you’re halfway through, then decrease.
