Ready to knit, in addition to the “Creeper Hat,” another Minecraft hat by Corina Cook!
The two-color cast on and corrugated ribbing make up the dirt and green grass beneath the feet of Endermen on the move beneath a blue sky. The ribbing shifts, creating a firm brim. There are no more than two colors knitted in each row, with an effect that looks much more complicated than it is!
He might look like a scary creature, but the Enderman just wants to roam the land in peace. Just don’t look at him the wrong way, and he won’t attack!

This pattern includes a video tutorial on how to do a two-color cast on.

** Thanks to a recommendation from knitter Zest7 and her awesomely innovative grandson, a 2023 edit is coming soon, with a fun pattern addition, alternating the Enderman’s mouths between open and closed to give the hat extra pizzazz. Thank you to these guest designers!
