Throw this worsted weight lace shawl over your shoulders on a cool spring day or evening. Quick to finish, this shawl is knit from the bottom up and can easily be modified to any size or to use any yarn. Perfect for that special skein (any weight). Simply adjust the needle size to be about 2 sizes larger than recommended for the yarn and knit until you have the size you want or are out of yarn.

Skill Level:
Advanced beginner - knit, purl, YO, K2tog, ssk, cable cast-on.

Yarn:
2 Skeins Baah Shasta (100% merino; 200 yards 183 meters per 100 g). Pattern photo is shown in Tequila Lime.

Needles:
US 9 5 mm. Adjust needle size if necessary to approximate gauge.

Gauge:
Approximately 17 stitches by 23 rows in stockinette stitch.

Size: 58” 147 cm along top edge by 17” 43 cm depth. Measurements taken after blocking.

Size is easily increased or decreased which will affect the yardage.
