Eye of the Moon
These whimsical mitts are an engaging knit for those with a few stranded projects under their belt. They feature a central eye motif with a crescent moon, and the wrists are wrapped with little moons. The underside of the mitts have a delicate lattice pattern.
My sample used Belle by ArtFil in the colourway Onyx (black), and Merino Light by madelinetosh in the colouway Bronze Age (variegated grey). You can use any contrasting colours of fingering weight yarn.
This pattern is recommended for knitters with colorwork experience, and who are comfortable reading charts.
