These are fair isle hand warmers that are simple to knit and are knit in the round. This is a great pattern for using up bits of yarn! I was inspired by the Shetland fair isle sweaters and some bits of yarn I had left over from another project.

The pattern includes sizes for small (6.5”/16.5cm), medium (8.5”/21.5cm), and large (10.5”/26.5cm), circumference around the knuckles for each size in brackets.

The pictures show the hand warmers using fingering weight yarn, Jamieson’s 2-Ply Spindrift (100% Shetland Wool), 25 grams/105 meters, in colours: Jade, Havana, Nighthawk, Granite, and Turf. However the pattern does not require four entire balls of this yarn, two would be plenty depending on the size.

Hope you enjoy the pattern! Happy knitting!
