The poncho is knitted in one piece without any seams, side to side in a fan like shape forming almost a circle. The length in the back measures 38 inches and the width (62 inches) goes all the way around, getting smaller and smaller, but covering the arms and there is enough in width to double up in the front. You can hold the fronts together with a nice pin or a large button.
