Materials Required:
• Original Vita Cotton Lily Yarn (100% cotton, 1.75 oz/50g, approximately 137yds/125m).
Alternatively, you may use the suggested substitute yarns, “Scheepjes Catona” or “Alpina Anabel”, or any other DK weight yarn. You will need Yellow, Grey, and White yarn.
• Crochet hooks of sizes 2mm and 2.5mm, or a size suitable to obtain gauge
• A pair of scissors
• Tapestry needle for sewing or a standard glue stick

The finished product measures 5.3x3.5 in (13.5x9 cm).
Gauge: 26 hdc x 19 rows = 4in(10cm)
Please note that the gauge is not crucial for this project. You are free to use any yarn. For instance, using a larger hook and a suitable yarn will result in a larger applique while maintaining the same proportions.
