Firestar is worked in the round, from the bottom up. First, with a cozy double brim. Then, a beautiful slip stitch pattern. Its crowning glory is the star adorning the top of the wearer’s head that is created by the strategically placed crown decreases. This pattern will appeal to the seasoned knitter and the ambitious beginner. Firestar is where cozy and modern unite.

No need to fret though. The instructions for a single brim/beanie fit are included in the pattern, too.

This pattern includes both charted and written instructions.
