This pattern contains info. for two cowls, Fjord and Tannat. The Tannat cowl is made in Alegria Grande yarn (one skein), while the Fjord cowl is made in two different yarns held together (Shibui Silk and Shibui Cima).

The cowls can be worn once around your neck, or twice. They are knitted on a bias using increases and decreases. Both patterns are included as one pdf file for $6.00 USD.

If you have a nice skein of yarn in your stash that you don’t know what to do with, it would be perfect for the Tannat cowl.

For the Tannat cowl, you will need approximately 180 to 200 meters, and for the Fjord cowl, you will need about 600 to 650 meters.

Hope you enjoy these designs! Happy new year!
