Construction

  • Back and front pieces are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together. Sleeves are picked up from the armholes and worked flat to the cuff. The collar is picked up and worked circularly.
  • Circular needles are required to accommodate the large number of stitches.
  • The Sloped Bind Off is used at the shoulder and back neck edges.

Yarn

  • 10 (11, 14, 17, 19) skeins Brooklyn Tweed Arbor (100% American Targhee Wool; 145 yards/50 grams)
