Using up small amount of yarn this fox pin cushion can be made in less than three hours.

Finished Measurements:
4” (10 cm) square.

Suggested Yarn: Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino, extra fine (55% Wool, 33% Acrylic, 12% Cashmere; 125 meters / 50g); 1 skein each of Sienna 340067 – MC; Ecru 340101 – C1; Black 340300 – C2.

Yardage:
50 yards / 46 meters of MC, 15 yards/ 14 meters of C1, 3 yards / 2.7 meters of C2.

The fox pin cushion is knit in the round from the bottom up. Working in MC, close the pin cushion with the three needle technique. Continue the flap, working back and forth in MC, decreasing sts to shape the nose, then continue with C1, increasing sts for the reverse side of the nose flap. Join the two layers with I-cord edge, adding a loop for the button. Embroider the eyes and whiskers. Knit the ears separately and sew on to the top of the pin cushion. After stuffing the pin cushion sew together the CO edge. Embroider the face with C2 yarn.
