A cuddly, casual pair of fingerless mittens, the Frostweed Mitts are a quick and infinitely customizable knit. Choose a pair of high contrast colors for a bold, eye-catching pair of mitts, or two soft colors for a more gentle accessory.

Featuring a simple but effective texture pattern and contrast edging, this pattern is perfect for an odd skein of yarn and that lovely little leftover bit you can’t bear to waste!

Pattern notes:

  • Sized to fit an average woman’s hand with a hand diameter of about 7.5”. Mitten sizing is easily adjusted by increasing or decreasing needle size as needed.
  • Texture pattern is both charted and written.
  • Pattern requires 50g of sportweight yarn in Main Color and a small amount of Contrast Color (less than 8g). If using Quince and Co. Chickadee or a sportweight yarn with similar or higher yardage, two skeins will make two pairs of mitts with MC and CC reversed.
