APPROXIMATE SIZE OF THE FINISHED ITEM.
10.5” (26.5 cm) tall and 4 1⁄4” (10.5 cm) in diameter. Considering you will use the recommended material and meet gauge.

YARN USED FOR THIS CROCHET QUENCHER PATTERN:
I used Bulky (#5) Chenille Yarn in three colors.

MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
3.5 mm (US E) crochet hook. Stitch Markers.
Tapestry Needle.
Scissors.
A pair of 18 mm safety eyes (optional). Scraps of black and pink yarn to embroider the face (optional).
Stuffing fiber, like Poly-Fil.
Stuffing tool, I use a hemostat.
Safety eyes placement tool.
Sewing pins (optional).
Scraps of cardboard to make the bottom and top flat (optional).

Gauge:
Not crucial. But the first 8 rounds of the cup’s pattern (bottom) will measure approximately 3” (7.5 cm) in diameter. This will make your finished crochet tumbler close in size to the real 40 oz one.

LANGUAGE:
English (US)

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: Advanced Beginner.
You’ll need these skills: the basics of Amigurumi. Magic circle, chain, single crochet stitch in continuous rounds, sewing, embroidery, fasten off, weave in ends, work with chenille yarn, read pattern in US terms, bpsc (back post single crochet). I do not offer a video tutorial for this pattern.
