A cardigan with ties at front and lace and cable detail on fronts, back and sleeves.

This light feminine sweater works as an extra layer to wear at work, but it’s pretty enough to go out to dinner that evening.

The sweater is knitted in one piece, including the front edging, bottom up, then is separated at the armholes to knit the back and fronts separately. It will have moderate ease, and gentle waist shaping. The rest of the body is in stockinette stitch.
The visual effect of the vertical cables will be slimming to many figures.

Pattern has been professionally tech-edited.
