Yarn: Calf-high 246 yds / 225 m DK yarn with nylon or extra twist that achieves gauge. Sample knit in Classic DK by Yarn Ink in Rustic. It’s important the yarn have nylon or extra twist for durability. (sock yarn held double will work well too)

Gauge: 22 sts = 4” / 10 cm

Needle Size: Two US 5 / 3.75 mm 16” (40 cm) circular needles for foot, or needles for your preferred method of
small-circumference knitting
