Hadeland is a district in South-East Norway.
In this hat we have used the same technique as the traditional Hadeland mittens.

The purl between the two stitches gives the impression there are just two stockinette stitches, but the technique is less complicated then it seems as the contrast color is always a K.
The design includes separate patterns for hats for fingering and DK-gauge and a pattern for male cowl to go with.
