A simple pattern that can be made with scraps of yarn. Since half the knitting is tucked inside the cozy you only need enough of the desired visible colour for half the knit.

Loom: 3/8 inch small gauge loom with 16 to 20 pegs knit in the round; samples were made on the KB Sock Loom 2

Yarn: A small amount of worsted weight #4 (open-ended samples), or Aran weight #5 (closed end samples, ie. bicycle handle), yarn is needed to make a cozy. The exact amount of yarn will depend on how big your cozy needs to be.
