This small 28”x28” blanket of tiny hand prints is perfect for a new born. Knit in DK weight yarn, it’s soft and cuddly. The blanket consists of 5 rows of alternating blocks of stockinette and reverse stockinette pattern with handprints on every other block.
If you are looking for a little larger blanket, the block size can be increased by adding an equal number of stitches to each block, and/or adding multiples of 4 rows to each block (2 before the design and 2 after). Alternately you can add another row of blocks. Adding another row of blocks will require additional yarn.
