This is the boy’s version of the sweater Hane. Hane is the Danish word for rooster.

This is a sweater/pullover worked from the bottom edge and up with a 2-color allover pattern. The sweater has a combined round and raglan yoke and sleeve construction. The Sweater has traditional rib edges. The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 18 stitches per 10 centimeters (2-color stockinette stitch) i.e. a yardage of approximate 90 meters per 50 grams.

Pattern includes directions for a size 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 years with chest width 73, 78, 84, 91, 98 and 107 centimeters and a length of 43, 46, 51, 54, 57 and 61 centimeters.

This pattern is written for a knitter with medium skills, a knitter who is familiar with 2-color stranded knitting, a knitter who is able to follow written instructions, charts and work increases, decreases and pick up stitches.

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and stitch markers.
