Pattern notes: This pattern uses mosaic knitting, a method using slipped stitches and two colors of yarn, to create a fun, colourful pattern. This hat is knit in fingering weight yarn held double but can be substituted for worsted weight. You begin with a main color, used throughout the hat, and alternate with colourful stripes for the body. When choosing yarn for this pattern, you’ll want to be sure that you pick stripe colors that are a high contrast against the main color. Knit the size 3 hat for great slouchy version.

Size: 1 (2,3). Size 1 fits child/youth head 16-20” size 2, (slouchy version) fits adult head 20-24”size 3 fits adult head 24-26”. Hat pictured in photos is size 2.
