Hawking Pots Blanket
I design all my blankets so they don’t have a ‘wrong side’. That way, whether you or your little one are wrapped up in it, it doesn’t matter which side is showing – both look equally lovely.
That’s one of the reasons I love this cable pattern so much – it looks the same on both sides!
It makes a beautiful blanket for babies or adults – and if knitted a little longer also works wonderfully as a cosy wide scarf for grown-ups.
CONSTRUCTION
Knitted flat in one piece from the bottom up.
TECHNIQUES USED
Cast on, knit, purl, two simple cable techniques, cast off.
